Subscription

Matrizen is a subscription-based service. Access to features is provided as long as your subscription remains active.

Subscription billing, renewals, and payments are handled securely by Gumroad. Depending on your selected plan, subscriptions may renew on a monthly or yearly basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or unlawful activity.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@matrizen.app within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
